We are a small group of Filipinos, who happens to have a common goal of promoting sports here in Dublin, Ireland, specifically Basketball, which is our main sports events in our homeland Philippines. The Club started to form in the Month of December 2003. We organized the committee during that time, and we have come up by having a yearly summer basketball tournament, in which we use it to select a best players in each Team to form the FSC Team, to participate in the Dublin Men’s Basketball League.
Our group or Club common goal is to build up the spirit of sports and skills among us living here in Dublin, Ireland and share our skills to other nationalities. One of our objectives which is now materialized is that, we do have a Filipino Team playing in the Dublin Mens Basketball League. The players was selected to all the Teams which joined in the past Filipino Sports Club basketball Tournament. Fortunately we are on the top rank at the moment.
