  • Pinoy in Dublin says:

How stupid are the organisers. Booking a venue of that holds under 4000 people, when over the last few year around 9000 Filipinos attended the event. So are these stupid organised going to stand at the gate and tell over 5000 angry Philippines they cannot attend.
Like many other Filipinos living in Dublin I will not attend this disgracefully organized event. We should all get together and organize a proper Pinoy Independents day party on Sunday.

  • Pinoy from west says:

Travelled from the west for the Pinoy Independence day in Dublin. What a disappointing day, I taught this was meant to be a Filipino day where all pinoy from all around Ireland would get the opportunity to meet up. Instead this was a badly organised money racket. Parking, or should I say no parking, and no advise on where to get parking. To the organisers;;;; thank you for your lack of respect for pinoy’s living out of Dublin who have to drive for hours to get to the event, you could have at least provided some info on where to get alternative parking etc.. This was the worst Filipino Independence day celebration I have ever seen. Disgracefully organized
