A Philippines company “Coffee Aficionados” believe they have struck gold with a specific bean that comes out naturally from civet cats once digested. The civic cats love eating a particular type of bean that locals believe adds to the flavour. South of manila people go trekking up jungles looking for the droppings of wild civets. The reason for this is because civet cats only eat the sweetest beans. From these droppings comes some of the worlds most expensive coffee loved by coffee censures’ around the world
